NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kinney County Commissioners’ Court is hereby accepting proposals for Independent Audit Services. Proposal information can be obtained from the County Auditor’s office or on the County website. Proposals must be submitted to the Auditor’s office by 5:00pm on January 24, 2025, to be considered. Proposals will be opened at a regular meeting of the Kinney County Commissioners’ Court on January 27, 2025.

INVITATION FOR APPLICATIONS FOR BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES

The Kinney County Commissioners’ Court intends to receive applications from which to select a depository bank.  A bank in the County that wants to be a county depository must submit an application under Texas Local Government Code Section 116.023 to the Kinney County Auditor’s Office, located at 501 S. Ann St., Brackettville, TX 78832 or mailed to PO Box 1219, Brackettville, TX 7883 by 5:00pm on January 24, 2025.

Copies of the Request for Application may be picked up in person at the Kinney County Auditor’s Office (address listed above) or by visiting the Kinney County Auditor’s website (www.co.kinney.tx.us/page/kinney.County.Auditor)

Please be advised that Kinney County has taken necessary security measures for our staff and visitors by installing emergency doors to all entryways of the Courthouse.

To be allowed into the Courthouse you must contact the office you wish to visit, and they will allow entry into the building.
